Dale offers his walking tours of great neighborhood bars in Midtown, Soho, Tribeca, and the Lower East Side. He also occassionally leads Safaris in Los Angeles and London. Participants meet some of the most expert bartenders and sample each establishment's signature cocktails along with light hors d'oeuvres.
