The cork dasher on DD Bitters Collectors Bottle has smaller hole than on standard bottle. ONE dash on standard bottle is the equivalent of FOUR dashes with the Collectors Bottle

1 gal. Mott's  Natural 100% Apple Juice
32 ounces Bourbon**
6 star anise
6 Cinnamon sticks
1 Orange peel (remove zest)
6 cloves

Combine apple juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, anise and an orange peel in a stainless steel pot and let simmer for one hour. Do not boil. Strain and add bourbon.  For a party, you can serve the punch in a hollowed out pumpkin:
Prepare the pumpkin by cutting a lid as you would for a Jack o Lantern. Clean lid piece by cutting away tstands and seeds. With long handled spoon, clean t inside of pumpkin being careful not to puncture the skin or the bottom. Rinse with cool water, checki for leaks. Fill the pumpkin with the hot punch and replace the lid. Serve with a ladle in mugs, add 2 dashes of Dale DeGroff's Pimento Bitters and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

2 1/2 ounce (75ml) Bourbon
1 ounce (30ml) Berentzen's ApfelKorn Liqueur
2 dashes Dale DeGroff Pimento Bitters

Stir in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass garnish with a thin slice of Granny Smith Apple.

1 1/2 ounce (50ml) Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 ounce (15ml) Dry Sake
2 dashes DD's Pimento Bitters
1 ounce (30ml) Domaine de Canton Liqueur

Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed** orange peel.(flaming the peel is optional but it makes a nice show!

*FLAMING: To flame the oil, hold a lit match in one hand, and the twist in the other. Hold the twist by the side not the ends, between thumb and forefinger, skin side down, about four inches above the drink. Don't squeeze or you'll lose all the oil before you flame. Hold the match between the drink and the twist, closer to the twist. Snap the twist sharply, propelling the oil through the lit match and onto the surface of the drink. (Be sure to hold twist far enough from the drink to avoid getting a smoky film on the glass.)

2 ounces (60ml) Jameson's Irish whiskey
3/4 ounce (22ml) Orange Curacao
1/4 ounce (8ml) Fino sherry
2 dashes Dale DeGroff Pimento Bitters

Add first four ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel expressed over the cocktail.
