Beverage Alcohol Resource (B.A.R.) is a series of comprehensive spirits and mixology training programs designed to provide a complete education in spirts and mixology. Attended by industry professionals, journalists, and mixologists, these innovative seminars are led by a team of six of the world's leading spirits and cocktail authorities, all of whom contribute their specific expertise to the training sessions: The founders; Dale DeGroff, Paul Pacult, Steve Olson, David Wondrich, Doug Frost, and Andy Seymore were awarded the 2007 Cheers Innovator of the Year Award.

Several different programs are offered including a Four-Day Intermediate Certificate Program, given twice a year in NYC, which attracts attendees from all over the world and is considered to be the most comprehensive training program available. The next session is scheduled for Spring of 2008.

B.A.R. also provides Customized One-Day Programs for beverage alcohol companies. The program is designed to target their specific needs and bolster the knowledge of internal staff and can also be used to reward key accounts.
