HONEYMOON COCKTAIL

Brown Derby, Hollywood circa 1930
2 oz. Apple Jack
1/2 oz. Benedictine
1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.


BOSOM CARESSER
Yolk of a fresh egg
1/2 oz. Madeira
1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Curacao
2 dashes of Grenadine
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Dust with nutmeg.

 

SEX ON THE BEACH
1 1/2 oz. Vodka 1/2 oz.
Peachtree Schnapps
1/4 oz. Chambord
2 oz. Cranberry
2 oz. Pineapple
Shake and strain into an iced highball glass.

PASSIONATE PUNCH *
1 oz. Light rum 1 oz. Dark Rum 1 oz. Curacao 2 oz.Sweetened Passion Fruit Purée 2 oz. Pineapple Juice 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters 2 Dashes Grenadine Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a large glass, top with a little soda. Garnish with fresh fruits, frozen seedless grapes, etc.

 

SEXY SOUR *
2 oz. Tanqueray Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
4 Dashes Grenadine

Shake all ingredients and strain into an iced goblet. Garnish creatively with an orange and lemon peel.

 

FIRST KISS
1 1/2 oz. Malibu Rum
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Half and Half
1/4 oz. Grenadine

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


DREAMCICLE*
1 oz. Stolichnaya Ohranj
3/4 oz. Stolichnaya Vanil
3/4 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

MON CHERI
Adapted from a drink of the same name served at Harry's Velvet Room Chicago

2 oz. Stolichnaya Vanil
3/4 oz. Cherry Liqueur
1 oz. Heavy Cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.
