CURRIED AWAY
1½ oz. Bluecoat gin
2 oz. coconut water
1 smidgen red Thai curry,
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz. stevia-sweetened simple syrup,
1 sprig mint

In a shaker filled ¾ of the way with ice, combine Bluecoat gin, coconut water, red Thai curry, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until cold, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with sprig of mint
