1½ ounces Pisco Aba
3/4 oz.Fruja Mango
3 oz. Fresh orange juice
Pour
all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and stir. Garnish with a flamed
orange peel.

1½ oz Pisco Aba
1/4 oz. Grenadine
2
oz. unsweetened Dole Pineapple Juice
1 oz. fresh squeezed Orange Juice
Juice from 1 Lime wedge
Four mint leaves and a mint sprig
Muddle Mint Leaves, Lime Juice, and Grenadine. Add Pisco, Pineapple Juice, and OJ. Shake well with ice. Strain over crushed ice into a highball glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve with a straw.

SImple Syrup
Shake
all ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass.

Several drops of Angostura Bitters
One Small Egg White
Shake
all ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass. Sprinkle
a few dashes of Angostura Bitters on the foam created by the
egg whites.

Peppermint*
1½ oz Pisco Aba
5 ounces cold Peppermint tea
1 tbsp. honey syrup*
Four mint leaves and a mint sprig Lemon wheel
Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a bar glass, add honey, Pisco and cold
peppermint tea. Shake well and serve over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint
and a lemon wheel.
