2 ounces Bulleit Bourbon.
0.5 ounce simple syrup
2 sprigs of Mint (Use tender, young mint sprigs)
Muddle one sprig of mint in the bottom of a highball glass with sugar syrup. Add the bourbon and fill with crushed ice. Swirl with a bar spoon until the outside of the glass frosts. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
0.5 oz. Dry Sack Sherry
0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. fresh orange juice
1 dash Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Bitters
4 mint leaves
1 mint sprig
1 orange zest
Assemble the first six ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange peel and mint sprig.
